COMMON ISSUES: If the bike hire page is freezing up we recommend using Google Chrome browser as some other browsers have been showing issues.
BABY TRAILER HIRE: We only hire baby trailers attached to our recreation bikes. If you would like a baby trailer as part of your hire please call the store on (03)57501442. We can not attach baby seats to our rental bikes.
EBIKE HIRE NOTES:
- We only hire e-bikes for the full day as we cannot recharge the batteries quickly enough for the half day turnover.
- We do not give out chargers with multi-day hires. If you want to hire for multiple days we recommend a recharge stop where we can recharge your bike while you have a lunch break.
MYSTIC MTB PARK MEMBERSHIPS NOW REQUIRED
All riders in Mystic Bike Park are required to have a membership pass (HivePass). Memberships and information can be found here
All bike shuttling will be via commercial operators only.
As this is a working pine plantation, trail and road closures may occur as part of ongoing forestry operations or weather. The plantation owner, HVP, are doing everything they can to ensure minimal trail impact & closures and impacts on our shuttle service. Check Mystic's Facebook or Instagram for the latest information on closures.

You are required to show a valid Australian Drivers Licence or if you are an international visitor your Passport.
This must be the name on the booking, adults must sign the waiver for under-18s.
